 This is a cross stitch bird I made alot of years ago.  Was made into a chair pillow which became a bit worn. Top stitched bird to new fabric and made a new chair pillow.

Friendship star...charity day June 24, 2023

Blocks that I made at the charity sew day at Bow Bench on June 24, 2023.  Maureen and I made a total of 20 friendship stars to go around a panel.  During the day 4 tops were completed and 4 more were on their way to completion.  Ours will be completed on another day of sewing.  We had alot of fun. Had fun at this charity day.  There are  about 10 of us there.We got the top finished. Small quilt on lefties the sample the we had before we did the blocks...blocks made using the Studio 160 rulers. Alison was our teacher.

This is the quilt that I made for Caleb Maurice.  I didn't like one of the rows in the birth quilt that I made him so I decided to make him a new one.  I like this one so much better.

Hope I haven't posted this yet.  This is called "blast off".  I tested  the pattern for "the quilt pattern magazine in 2022.  I have not quilted it yet as I am thinking of making it bigger for Ethan.

Fall Splendor...TQPM test top. 2022

 

Test  quit top I made for  The quilt pattern magazine. It has now been published and I can put it here.  I really like this one. Should quilt it. Thinking of giving to a family member.  It is called Fall splendor.

 This is a baby quilt I made for a boy with airplane on it and crumb strips.  The crumbs were sewn with toilet paper lengths.  I still have it. Haven't given it away yet.

These are still u.f.o.'s. Not sure what I will do with them. At this point not sure where they are either.  I will have to have a look for them.

Won't get much sewing done in the next 2 days.  We are babysitting Ethan while Jenn works.  We will have him overnight again.

I do like making these. Usually have some on the go. Not at the moment though. Likely because I made so many before Christmas.  I think that I have about 6 still for gifting.

   It is snowing this morning Not sure but it might be a Sunday that we stay home.
