This is a pot holder that I made a while ago.  I haven't been able to post for a bit as there was no pencil on the dashboard page. For some reason it is back today. Yea!!!!
Hard to believe that it is the beginning of June already.

dog/cat pillows

8 pillows done and off to the Humane Society. A friend gave me a practice free motion quilt piece. That is the lime green. I cut it into 4 pillow tops. The 4 pillows in the bags are bigger then the ones shown as 2 pillows each.  I took photos of them earlier but not sure where they are at the moment.

Thurs. March 24, 2016….block lotto violets

Here are 3 of the 4 blocks I made in March for the March block lotto. This is run online. I started participating in Sept. 2015.  Have had some great blocks but I haven't won yet. I really like this one and I've had a sneak peek at the April block and would love to win that as well.

Just had our first sew day for the Langdon Days for Girls. Went really well. Had 12 attend. We  taught and worked on shields and drawstring bags for this work shop. I realized yesterday that I forgot to take any pictures.  I had a camera with me too. I just didn't think of it during the workshop.

Wayne Kollinger's Bragg creek storm block for charity quilt

This is a quilt top I worked on at Dalemead Quilting guilds Stone Soup day in 2014.  I finished the top at home. I know I have a finished picture of this but I am not sure where the picture is at the moment.  If I find it I will post it later.

flannel strip quilt top and baby quilt

I was making some wonky strips for block lotto and decided to make some regular strips with 5inch rectangles that I had. They were all from my scrap pile.  I added the yellow sashing. It was cut into 3 inch strips and the top is done.  I have donated this top to my quilt for a charity quilt. This is all flannel.

This was all donated material to me.  A friend had made the square blocks and the rest of the fabric came with them so I designed how to put them together for a baby quilt. This is the front and back. I am pretty sure there was not much left over. This is flannel as well.  This pair has gone to Dalemead Quilting Guild's charity quilt committee for completion at Stone Soup Day in April.
